The JCC is where all Jews, regardless of belief or ideology, come together for premier Jewish educational, recreational, cultural and social activities serving as both magnet and anchor for the Jewish community, while providing a welcoming environment for people of all faiths.
The Jewish Community Center has nearly 5,000 members and boasts a wide variety of social, cultural and physical enrichment programs. The JCC is truly Stamford’s “Jewish neighborhood,” serving families, young children, youth, teens, adults and seniors alike. We are home to many innovative programs and services including:
Family Place, a resource center and nucleus of activities for young families, KinderPlace, the only full-time year-round Jewish day care center in Stamford, the acclaimed JCC Sara Walker Nursery School, JumpStart, our early education program for children with special needs, KidsPlace after-school programs, a cutting-edge fitness and recreation center, O-la-mi, our amazing summer program for children of all ages, an award-winning Jewish Life department, a full array of programs for seniors, lower Fairfield County’s only kosher restaurant.
